Terms of Service - Seklik

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Seklik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Seklik is a software platform that allows users to: Connect social media accounts; Schedule and publish content; Manage multiple social media platforms in one dashboard. Service features may change or improve over time.
3. User Accounts
Users must: Provide accurate information; Maintain the security of their account; Be responsible for activities conducted under their account. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
When connecting accounts from third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), users agree to comply with the terms and policies of those platforms. Seklik is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms regarding user accounts.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they create and publish using Seklik. However, by using the platform, users grant Seklik permission to: Store the content; Process the content; Publish the content to connected platforms. This permission is solely for providing the service.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Seklik to: Violate laws or regulations; Publish illegal or harmful content; Harass or abuse others; Attempt unauthorized access to systems; Interfere with platform operations; Circumvent social media platform policies. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.
7. API Platform Compliance
Users must comply with the policies and developer requirements of connected platforms. Seklik may suspend or restrict accounts that violate platform policies.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable service, Seklik does not guarantee: Continuous availability; Error-free operation; Compatibility with all platforms at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if: Terms are violated; Platform misuse occurs; Required by law; Security risks are detected. Users may stop using the service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seklik shall not be liable for: Indirect damages; Loss of profits; Loss of data; Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
11. Changes to the Service
Seklik reserves the right to: Modify features; Add or remove functionality; Update pricing (if applicable). Users will be notified when significant changes occur.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
